Infrastructure modernization
Large migrations across VMware, storage, and data center, along with the work that surrounds them: provisioning, monitoring, and package pipelines. Structured to run alongside normal operations rather than pausing them.
Platform engineering
Configuration management, internal tooling, and observability. For teams that need someone to design and build a platform, not just keep one running. Typical stack is Puppet, Salt, Python, and Bash, though I'll work with whatever is already in place.
AI tooling for engineering teams
Rollouts of AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, and similar), chosen to fit how a team works. Self-hosted model evaluation on your own GPU hardware when hosted services aren't enough. Internal tooling for code review, search, and release automation.
